Tecom and Amlak launch off-plan Islamic financing in Dubai
Tecom Investments and real estate finance provider Amlak Finance have drawn up an agreement to offer Sharia-complaint off-plan financing.
Amlak will provide up to 50% of the property value prior to handover, with the option to re-finance up to 75% upon completion for tenures of up to 25 years at a highly competitive rate.
This incredible deal will encourage and enable more people to invest in Tecom Investment’s Villa Lantana development.
